How to handle Anger?

Anger is one of the two main problems in the world. There is a story; Lust and anger met and started to argue about their power. Finally anger won; It says I can control even a small kid. You can't do that. So anger is very dangerous and poisonous.

Handling anger wisely is very important. Once you get anger and telling or something bad is problematic. Because you can't get back your words. People who get hurt are going to remember that. Sometimes when you get to know it's somebody Else's fault, even you can't forgive yourselves. You can't avoid getting anger at first. It's really hard and need practices. Even though you practice sometimes anger gets over them. So handling anger is necessary to keep relationships happily and being a good person.

First when you get anger, start to meditate your favorite God or you can tell yourselves repeatedly. "Get calm.. Forgive them.. They haven't done this with intention.. Everything is going to be fine". "Forgive them" doesn't mean they have done wrong or it's their fault. It's a cheating. Cheating your mind. Because your mind will not accept that you are wrong immediately. So cheat it as you forgive them. Then take some time to think about it by being in their situation. What would I do in their situation? Is it their character? If so it might come from their past. I have accepted them. It means accepting their character also. They don't need to change themselves for me. Let them to be. Or our relationship is more important than this anger.

Finally, if you can't find any suitable reason for others' action you can ask why did you do that? Clarify it with them. If you find you will feel sorry for your anger even though you haven't expressed it. Then what would happen if you express it? If you feel guilty, you can say sorry. I got anger for this. Then I understood.. whatever you need to say. You can feel the difference now. Trust me.. They will try to change them. It's called affection.. If they haven't changed their hurting character place them out of your close circle. Now think they will not be there long time. So keep calm. Following these things can make you controlling person. Controlling others by affection is also an art which can give you a lot; meaning full life and satisfaction. Important steps for that are handling anger and appreciating small things.
